I have always been a bit of a foodie, for the last few years I have really changed my approach to food. I used to be very overweight and took it upon myself to take charge of my life and get healthy. With diet and exercise you can really rediscover yourself. It found that cooking my own food with the freshest ingredients was the best way to manage my weight loss and change my approach and opinions to food. One thing I know for sure is that cooking and food is meant to be shared with the ones you love, always make extra! And always remember to Season to Taste!
